For the last few weeks we here at the Greene Grape have been trying to find the best of the best when it comes to beer.  Here are a few of our new and exciting beers.

Ballast Point Big Eye IPA- Brewed in San Diego by Ballast Point Brewery this strong IPA is a less hoppy than many American IPAs and has a pleasant sweetness that makes it nice and smooth.

Anchor Summer- A great seasonal brew from Anchor Steam Brewing in San Francisco.  Though it has a lighter body than many wheat beers it does have a surprisingly crisp flavor.

Capt. Lawrence Xtra Gold- I’m incredibly excited to have Capt. Lawrence back in the case, and at a lower price!  Dubbed an American Tripel this beer is not quite as heavy as it’s Belgian origins, though it is complex and incredibly pleasing to drink.
