Today, Saturday September 19, at Provisions from 4-6pm try Indonesian cashews from Nuts+Nuts. Sabrina tasted these a year ago and was just able to track them down. Nuts+Nuts buys directly from Indonesian farmers and roasts their cashews with indian spices and coconut oil according to Indonesian family recipes. You can find pieces of the herbs and spices used for flavoring along with the nuts in the package! In the Spicy version we found flakes of chili peppers and lime leaves. Sealed in small packages, Nuts+Nuts stay crisp and don’t get mealy like some cashews can do.
